Tide Pools

I've never been able to see a tide pool (only photos) but I imagine them to be fabulous little microcosms of the ocean and very magical. These are from a new series of beads I've been creating to take to the Gathering (July glass conference) with me. I thought you'd like to take a peek. What do you think? I'm thinking I need a little fish murrini, a star, and who knows what all else to add to my pool. Any other ideas?

I love the starfish! Maybe some sea urchins? How would you do that??

I'm thinking they are perfect as they are Sharon. There is just the right amount of detail, & the perfect amount of 'pool'! :)

Then again, I love the idea of a sea urchin also....

Hi Kayla - Yes, I do plan on making more of these. These Tide Pool beads were all sold at Bead and Button earlier this month and at the end of July I will make more and post them. I hope you can hold out and get your designing mind working on it until then.
